I just found that there is a “Setup Explorer” tool for MSI installation packages. “Orca” is a command line tool provided by Microsoft. It is not as powerful as the tool for InnoSetup I mentioned earlier, but better than nothing.

Orca is a command line tool, which is provided by Microsoft to edit MSI installation packages. It does not come with a nice GUI like the tool for InnoSetup packages, but you can extract and add files to existing MSI files/databases.
