I am a passionate Delphi developer, who also keeps his eyes open on non-Delphi related development topics, such as .NET, Ruby, Javascript, and others.
I am running my own ocmpany (EDV-Beratung Monien) and work as an independent IT consultant and trainer for international companies, such as Atozed Software, CodeGear/Embarcadero and others.
My main areas of interest are Software Architecture, Database Design, Web Applications and Internet Communications. I am a frequent speaker at software developer conferences and have published many articles in software magazines.
I received a master of computer science degree at the University of Hagen, Germany and have over 20 years of software development experience. I am well known in the Delphi community as an expert for both Win32 and .NET platforms. I am also familiar with C#, C++ and Visual Studio. I am an official Technical System Consultant of CodeGear/Embarcadero and have a close relationship to CodeGear’s R&D department.
